Who we are

Kybernetic Systems Private Limited ("Kybernetic Systems", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in India, CIN U62099MH2026PTC473103, with its registered office at 27 Meera Building, 18 L.D. Ruparel Marg, Malabar Hill, Mumbai — 400006, Maharashtra, India.

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. For the purposes of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, we are the body corporate responsible for the information described below.

02

Scope of this notice

This notice covers kybernetic.systems, the company website. Each product we release will operate on its own domain and will carry its own privacy notice, which will govern the data processed inside that product.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of any individual below eighteen years of age, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioral monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.

03

What we collect and why

Inquiries. If you write to us, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of responding to you and keeping a record of the correspondence.

Launch notifications. If you email us asking to be told when a product launches, we process your email address for that single purpose. We do not use it for any other mailing.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and availability. These are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train models.

04

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you write to us, having been shown a link to this notice next to each email address and call to action on this site. Where the DPDP Act permits processing for certain legitimate uses without consent — for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to respond to information you have voluntarily provided for a specified purpose — we may rely on that basis instead.

Our consent notices are given in clear and plain language, and this notice is available in English. On request we will make it available in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.

You may withdraw consent at any time, with the same ease as it was given, by writing to adit.shah@kybernetic.systems. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

05

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no cross-site trackers. Any cookie set is strictly necessary for the site to function.

If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set, and we will update this notice with the categories, purposes and retention periods involved.

06

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities undertaken; the right to correction, completion, updating and erasure of your data; the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and the right to grievance redressal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to adit.shah@kybernetic.systems with enough detail for us to identify your records. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Rules.

You also have duties as a Data Principal: not to impersonate another person, not to suppress material information, and not to file false or frivolous grievances.

07

Retention and erasure

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, and no longer than three years from our last exchange unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Launch-notification email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until the notification has been sent and the list retired.

Where the purpose for which data was collected is no longer being served, we erase the data and require our processors to do the same, except where retention is necessary for compliance with law.

08

Security safeguards

We apply reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches, including encryption in transit, access control on the systems that hold inquiry data, collection of the minimum data necessary, and logging.

In the event of a personal data breach we will notify each affected Data Principal and the Data Protection Board of India in the form and within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Rules.

09

Processors and transfers

We use a small number of service providers — website hosting and email — who process personal data on our instructions under contract. They may not use it for their own purposes.

Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside India. Any transfer outside India is made in accordance with the DPDP Act and subject to any restrictions the Central Government notifies.

10

Grievance redressal

Adit Shah is the person designated to answer questions about this notice and to receive grievances. Write to adit.shah@kybernetic.systems, or telephone +91 74000 38006, or post to the registered office address above.

We aim to acknowledge every grievance promptly and to resolve it within the period prescribed under the DPDP Rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

11

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice as our processing changes and as the remaining provisions of the DPDP Rules come into force, including the consent manager framework and the full compliance obligations due by 13 May 2027.

The version number and date at the top of this page indicate the current revision. Material changes will be highlighted here.
